I agree with your analysis of this topic PboyG, They were only discontinuing a program that
was no longer in use and was required to file their intent to discontinue.. Shorting will be alive
and well past the 14th.. It is too lucrative of a market for those that have the resources required
to secure that type of investment strategy, the average Joe could never do it.
