Here is a xls file which includes the date, amount, to whom issued and type of issuance.

I simply created an xls worksheet then added up the restrictive shares into a total quantity and and then broke them down into three separate timelines including 4/5/12 to 3/4/13 totaling   246,032,798 shares, 3/18/13 to 4/27/13 totaling 217,444,444 shares and 5/5/13 to 9/6/13 totaling another 2,097,543,627 shares. I do not know how this affects O/S, Float, etc and would appreciate any further information that might be available. I believe the deal between FITX/PHOT includes a large block of stock upon licensing and would like to see how that may offset liabilities. Also, I feel with the present structure that such a large quantity of RS between 5/5/14 and 9/6/14 could come on the market and impact pps. To the best of my knowledge, once the restriction is lifted the stock holder is free to liquidate. For debt repayment it just does not make a lot of sense that the stockholder would not sell because profit is built in. Note the overall 2+ billion total shares were issued at .001 and a sale at lets say.10 is a huge upside. So where does this leave investor/stockholders?  My guess is that pps would be driven down by sell volume, then shares could be bought back at bargain pricing (during this period) then follow up with uplisting.  Just food for thought here.

I have also researched naked short sales and posted this information. It would appear that pps is down because shares of formerly restricted stock are been liquidated. There is not enough short volume compared to regular volume to keep the pps so low (in my opinion)  I also do not think MM shorting is the cause for sideways movement. Note the historical short selling data for FITX below.
