I know this has been discussed at length. I was looking at eligible RS as an unknown percentage of market $ buy/sell volume over a relatively short time period. I think this could be why there has been mostly sideways pps and feel like this will continue until RS being sold has been absorbed into the market. I am a novice in this and probably am missing something. Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it.
