This could speak to a shadow palace coup with --at minimum-- iequity, Peterson (Rubicon), and Lotus/Crystal in the plot to seize the crown jewels, seal them in AV Labs, sell AV Labs to AVNE in a fait accompli before anyone could cry foul. But with the SEC hammering out a death sentence for AVNE; signal wording in PRs weighted in golden language; the notable absence of same at iequity; and, crucially, the rise in SK stock price, it may be the palace coup has been foiled. Or Jan finally did the right thing for all parties concerned, i.e., acceding to the great mothership (SKTO + AEGY), all key assets aboard.
