Wow, that's an interesting question. I think maybe a fine is imposed and his assets are first confiscated and then his shares liquidated at market price. Ouch for him but might be a good buying opportunity for us. Might affect share price like a small dilution. Man, good question and nice foresight, him being convicted is a real possibility.
