It looks to me DCB that the shorters are manipulating the share price down so they can cover by Friday, March 14, which is when the new rule goes into effect regarding borrowing stock.  And I'm hoping that come Monday, most of the shorters have covered and the stock should begin to take a picture of its own regarding its opportunity, without so much manipulation taking place as then the shorters will have to have their own shares to short.  Had I been TECO management, I would have waited on their latest PR to issue it on Tuesday next week. With the initial flurry of purchases in stock, the pps might have gone back up over .01 without the shorters pressuring the price.  Stay tuned to see what happens over the next couple of weeks.
