I am guessing it will all be audited and submitted to the SEC for registration by April 5th.  Probably a 10K late filing., that's why the 5th.   I would also engage that the merger agreement will be signed on April 4th (+/- a day or two) per pr on March 4th.  It'll then be up to the SEC to review and grant the registration of the new merged company.
