Well the long section is simply the battery, which comes fully charged on shipment. You unscrew the tank from the battery and then unscrew the mouthpiece from the tank. You fill the tank with the dropper built into the vape-juice bottle and screw everything back together.

Then you hold the button on the vape and inhale lightly. It's great
