In 1972, D. Gold developed methods and techniques for the extraction and purification of medicinal cannabinoids that he detailed in the 100,000+ selling book Cannabis Alchemy. Gold went on to edit, design and publish the first edition of Ed Rosenthal’s Marijuana Growers Guide and worked with Tom Forcade in the founding of High Times magazine.
