No one will fondle this stock as long as it doesn't report as required by the SEC.
Up-listing will be required to bring in some real investor$ with backing. You can't find any facts on the company's state due to it's none reporting history. We have no idea how much the company is burning or if it can pay the light bill at the end of the month. Don't take this as bashing but as why the stock isn't moving as others in the same mj sector are.

A new release that the company will has filed to up-listing will push this stocks to new highs.
