I agree no one has a number that this thing can/will pop to because even with the license we investors are still only investing in a possibility. Until the MJ project is making money this whole thing is just speculation. As for your three points:

A. Not sure how we lose out on opportunities? If being first to market is the key to business why do we have such an amazing selection of every good that is produced? How many of these first to the market produces cut corners and will have sub par quality?

B.  Every penny stock is dragged through the mud and will continue to be until material events happen that separate the company from all the other speculative penny stocks with a "plan".

C. This point makes no sense. Once stock has been issued, the company has already raised its capital. The only importance of the pps for the company is the need to raise more capital or exit their personal positions. As for suppliers/receivers, they could care less about a companies pps. When in negotiations about selling your company my product, I don't hang that deal on the current trading price of your stocks pps.  If I am worried about your ability to pay me I just give you pre-payment terms.
