Debt conversions are simply when someone lends money to a company as a loan with a conversion clause in the agreement. If the company can't pay off the loans, then the holder of the note can convert that debt into common stock which can then be sold in the open market. That is not occurring at this time with MPIX although there is such debt as can be seen in the latest filings. It's a fairly small amount, and it's almost least important thing regarding MPIX, for me. But if one were to listen to the lying filth on other sites, you'd think that 10s of millions of dollar are being converted into 100's of millions of shares. That's simply not the case, and not even remotely close to the truth of the matter. There's a reason these liars spend 24/7 on message boards posting absolutely false information, and it's not because they are there to help investors.
I would simply suggest that you look at the trading volume versus other stocks with similar share structures. MPIX trades typically a couple of million shares per day, while other stocks with a 1.1 billion share structure trades 10s of millions, if not 100s of millions of shares per day. MPIX is not being diluted by management nor are there any converted shares being dumped into the market. And even if the company was selling stock to raise capital to run the company, execute contracts, produce events/projects, that why companies go public and sell stock in the first place. Not all management teams in the OTC are share selling scammers as so many are. If you are invested in MPIX for the longer term, you are truly investing in T.E.A.M. They will deliver.
