I am talking about the standing building (w/solar panels). Isn't the front and the back supposed to be built out for the 3 level grow op? So if license is based on FENCE and Cameras/Vault (which will be ready for inspection/license end of April...how long after that will the standing building take to extend the front, the back and put three floors in? i.e. How many months behind the competitors will we be with our first product launch?
