think this way though…..lets say bill is optimistic about fitx future and knows it could blow up with all these oppurtunitiets. Put yourselves in his shoes knowing this….would you waste time with a few bashers or concentrate on the company…if the company success again like i have said before it won't matter when the money speaks for itself….so i think he should just focus on growing fitx rather than focus any energy on ihub. taking people to court is a lot of work and takes time and money… I would rather that be spent on making money from mj….just saying
