Merger between CGRA and VHMC a real possibility
CGRA always stated they wanted to become a fully reporting SEC filing company without diluting or hurting shareholder value. What better way to do it than just have the CEO's "other" mining/exploration company buy out the non-reporting compAny. Moving all assets/revenues/shareholders under VHMC. VHMC has minuscule share structure reports to the SEC and has over a 1000 shareholder of record. Seems almost to perfect!
