I think it is definitely a combination of several factors including competitors either bashing themselves, or paying to have it done, a larger orchestrated short campaign, or other people who do not want to company to succeed for any number of reasons, including personal vendettas. The way I look at it is that the more bashing that occurs to a stock, the more you know that company is legit and will be making big moves in the future. That's my opinion.
