Easy way for anyone to verify if their penny play is real:
-- is the company willing to and has it submitted draft audit documents to its PCAOB accredited auditor?
-- is the company willing to and has it submitted documents in support of an S-1 filing to the SEC?
We aren't 100% there yet with $BCAP, but we are 80% of the way with the draft audit documents. The S-1 work begins in two weeks.
That IMO puts $BCAP in the top 1% of pinks. Many state they aspire to audited financials and hope to trade on a higher Exchange. $BCAP is really waking the walk -- from $0.0002 up. That IMO is real proof of where $BCAP is going and that its completely legit.
