LOW with your expertise for years in stock market , can you give new babies some reasonable explain

what happened from the first place with this company ?? because now really is no one knows.. we just give good reasons for the company ..but if JR wants to have some long and strong investors , i like to know what happened and what's next steps.. can you give an insight for the whole thing for new babies..
