They won't release anything about an active lawsuit,never happen. Looks like it's going out of the courts to an arbitration board. That's still good news to me,it will be over quicker and Launchit will only get paid for what they truly did which was a little bit of nothing IMO.

If Launchit truly thought they were owed all the sued for then they wouldn't have settled for this type of ending. Win win IMO and get it over with.
