A piece of speculation on my part: if there's a PR with the announcement of the Amendment to the Quarterly, it might be accompanied by news that the 2011 draft audit documents have been delivered to the auditor.

That would correlate with the 09/28/2012 PR that said those documents are expected to be delivered this week.
