Groupe Athena, Inc.(Pink Sheets: GATA) made the following announcement:
The guidance contained below represents forecasts,which indicate possible outcomes and are provided to assist investors withthe development of earnings estimates. While Groupe Athena, Inc. believes thatthese forecasts represent the best estimate of management as to future events,actual events may differ from these forecasts, and such differences could bematerial. These forecasts are subject to risks identified under "SafeHarbor Statement" below.
Groupe Athena, Inc.announced today they have approximately $60 million incustomer orders that they are currently processing, and they are hopeful thatthis number will increase in the near term. Based on the orders in handthe company expects to be able to convert at least one half or approximately $30 million intorevenue during the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2014. This would puttotal current year revenue projections at $65,000,000, in line with projectionsand provide a solid revenue base to build on for the 2015 fiscal period.
As was previouslystated, the Indian pharmaceutical industry is increasingly focusing on exportsto the United States andGATA is well positioned to help them get their products approved by the FDA forsales in the US. The Company believes it has an advantageover competitors due to the facilities based in India,and their ability to deliver quick feedback to clients that could result inexpedited order generation. With recent additions to equipment, the companywill continue to take on additional contracts and continue to anticipatefurther growth.
