As a long, I will be interested to see price action April 1st when 148M restricted shares Chaaban (24M), Thomas (24M), and Swan (100M), become unrestricted. Combine that with the HC transition date, assuming no license for FITX, and it could bring volatility, and hopefully cheap shares. If PPS stays strong, that will boost my confidence that those insiders who are invested in the company are confident in what the future holds. After that, next big unlock is 5/5, but by then it seems we should have license in hand and a large number of buyers. Thoughts on this outlook?
