The jury is still out IMO, regarding the conversion, but the sizable open market buy trumps all! That's hard, cold cash(!) that removed those shares from the trading pool (float). That's fact!

The OMB (open-market buy) may not be SEC registered, but PR'd is just as good. Not a single, sensible CEO in the world would make that PR statement if it weren't true, as easy as it'd be for the SEC to verify.
