HC has boxed themselves in. The law says no private growing after midnight March 31st but there isn't a replacement supply just yet. The only alternative is to import from elsewhere. There is no way any license is going to produce product by April 1st. You could give a license to a master grower right now and if he began immediately there isn't going to be one bud from that by April 1st. The ONLY solution is to import and as far as I am aware CEN Biotech is the ONLY licensee that has applied for import/export. Something has to give pretty quickly it would seem. Just trying to use a little logic on this seemingly insoluble conundrum.
