I doubt anyone knows the answer to your question but in my opinion I do not believe that translates to shares for shareholders at all. How would your scenario help fund the company? I'm thinking the PHOT shareholders who voted for the A/S increase would appreciate those shares being given to FITX shareholders as a "Gift". I certainly would not appreciate it the other way around.
