They need to file on time, or by 4/15 w/extension, and ease up on the issuing of shares a bit.  If these happen, I strongly feel the pps will respond accordingly and with a stronger pps EWSI can secure better financing.  Beating the pps down by issuing more shares seems like trying to put out a fire by pouring gas on it.  It seems like a no brainer to me, but I am not aware of all the details.
