MOJO Data Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB: MJDS) today announces that on January 31, 2014, the Company consummated its acquisition of all of the intellectual property and substantially all of the tangible assets of Mobile Data Systems, a New York corporation ("MDS"), pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement, dated September 27, 2013, as amended, between the Company and MDS. MOJO Data Solutions, Inc., a Puerto Rico corporation previously known as Authentic Teas, Inc., a Nevada corporation, reincorporated in Puerto Rico under its current name on September 16, 2013, and changed its stock symbol from AUTT to MJDS on October 11, 2013.
