A 497K is a Prospectus filing that funds provide to their clients. Obviously one of many funds that Blackrock controls has EWSI as a potential issue for their clients to purchase (I'm not sure which one).
Here's the 497Ks that were filed that showed up under the EWSI ticker. I'm sure only one of the funds has EWSI contained in their prospectus. You may actually have to ask Blackrock for the Prospectus to be mailed to you. Each fund is disconnected from one another. I did call one of the funds and inquired about the 497Ks on EWSI and whether or not he could specifically identify where EWSI was showing up...he could not.

Another poster on IHUB tossed out his feedback that he received from Shaw. One of the items mentions Mezzanine Funding. Here's a link describing what Mezzanine Funding is:

Whatever it takes to get capital for short term hyper growth is okay by me. We'd have to wait for the actual filing to determine what the specific terms would be, if and when this type of funding is secured.
