That 497K filed for EWSI by Blackrock is certainly encouraging. I'm not sure which Blackrock Fund would be interested in EWSI, but they have quite clearly made the opportunity available to investors.

The China Global X Materials Fund ETF filed a 514 prospectus a long time ago as well. I never saw them pick up any shares of EWSI (yet).
