The president of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Mr. Li Jiaxiang, said, “China shall develop its airports with appropriately advanced policy. The Planning showed that in the ‘Twelfth Five-Year Plan’ period, the number of airports by 2015 will reach 230 or more. China will build 70 new airports, relocate 16 airports and reconstruct or expand 91 airports. The infrastructure investment will reach 425 billion in the aviation industry.”
