Old news....the dawg has been writing about it for the last 2 years.  The prior accountant did not do the proper job in recording/filing shares owned/issued to officer's and management.

Baltia switched accountants a couple of years ago, and the corrected/updated forms were filed.

Just that now it looks like the regulatory authorites are finally passing "sentence" on the deviant accountant/accounting firm.
