I think it's simply disgruntled retail over the accounting issue.  It is what it is.  Everyone makes their own decisions with their own money.  Market Cap 7M now...crazy low even for the accounting issues facing the company with respect to China Leasehold Contracts.

IMO the company needs to provide clarification moving forward as soon as possible.
