Nice week for SIRG. Got rid of the E and stayed above .01. Time is running short, tho, for starting production in early 2013. A lot has to happen in 3-6 months, much depending on gov't agencies, and several $ million in financing. We need an update, and soon, to sustain the pps, or early 2013 is in jeopardy and the pps could drift south again.
