I know he used to get threatening calls all the time from shareholders. I caught him on a day of getting beaten up a lot. He said something like, I wish I had more information to give you...  which I recall more than once getting the impression that he was as out of the loop as shareholders were. The very first time I spoke to him I must've sounded like a maniac... i went on an overpromise underdeliver rant, looking back I know I sounded completely nuts.
