PROW Weekly Chart ~ A Test of the MA20
After failing to clear the MA100 in January and February, PROW declined and the MA20 was tested last week. The coming week will tell the tale for the short term. Should the .05/.06 level be surpassed, a possible move to the .17/.21 level could be seen quickly (check older filings why .17). GLTA
