I asked Ashvin how Hipple is doing. He had this to say:

Not sure why people link me to him. crystal falls has financed some of the projects he was counsel for. Haven't spoken to him in over 6 months. Crystal is still chasing it's cash for the last 3 years and is no where close to even. I'm glad you didn't get hurt in AV. Wish i could same for Crystal or many of our investors. Hopefully we can get it straight. Hopefully monarch will be a good one for everyone.
