Bills shares going on sale are irrelevant in the course of the actions that he's taken and the effort that he's made to be transparent. You are making a weak attempt at finding a flaw or creating doubt. The things that matter right now are what Bill is doing to move forward gaining a license.  How are you being level with this question?  What should we be concerned about that is valid?  Saying grow up is a lame way to deflect a weak attempt.  So how is Bill not transparent here?  Please explain.
