Watch what happens in October. There's a stream of material news coming:
- audit will begin (5-10 days max)
- S-1 will begin mid-month
- voting on the freeze in share structure will be complete (few more days)
- news on the client shell (this is now client #5)
- news on the $BCAP company shell
- TA acquisition (last week of October)
There are other pieces of news if you review September, but this would be a starting base of what to expect over the next month.
