There were toxic notes attached to Sk3.   This would be their modis operandi.  Be as legit as possible, meaning have blockbuster products, add legitimacy with Allyn, Benz and BBio but the shareholders won't get the bulk of the windfall, instead "our" friends will instead.  Backdoor share scamming.  The real proof will be if the merger passes.  If it does we are in the money, if not well.......
