ATOS Daily Chart ~ Failed to Hold Support and Fell
Link back to March 2 for thoughts and a chart on ATOS. As I mentioned last week, I haven't re-entered ATOS. The stock broke under its multi month support line, and the next day the stock fell almost 20%. Patience paid off again as the chart just wasn't ready, close but not there. ATOS fell to its next support level which was established in late October at the 1.74 level. The MACDs are moving further south and actually beginning to diverge to the downside. I'm not entering until see if this level holds. Consolidation could take a few days or weeks. No one knows. I'll allow the chart to give me indications of when the next swing trade might be ready.
