Until we hear otherwise my opinion is that the merger is in serious jeopardy. The biggest risk factor is that the SEC is onto their bullshit. Secondly, can SKTO pass an audit? Also, with both the AVNE risk and Hipple/Jan shell reputation issues aside, can they execute ANYTHING on time even if they tried?
