iTeknik Holding Corporation's Sale of its Send Global Subsidiary's Assets is Delayed

iTeknik Holding Corporation (Other OTC:ITKH), announced today that the scheduled closing of the agreement with Ceelox, Inc. of Overland Park, Kansas (OTCBB Symbol:CELO) to sell the assets of iTeknik's wholly owned subsidiary, Send Global Corporation, has been delayed. The original closing date for the transaction had been April 25, 2013. On April 24, 2013 the Parties agreed to reschedule the closing date until May 25, 2013. Ceelox, Inc. did not complete the Buyer's requirements of the Asset Purchase Agreement by the rescheduled date. No new closing date has been established.
