Arrow Approves Funding Plans From LOGX Capital

The Board of Directors has approved a funding package presented by the LOGX Capital Group, LTD of Hong Kong to fully implement it's business plan to develop sustainable plantations as well as to build two ethanol plants in Indonesia. LOGX Capital Group, LTD is the lead equity investor utilizing international funding programs for large scale infrastructure projects in developing countries. The proposed package is sufficient to completely develop all plantation operations, the ethanol plants (with capacity of one million liters per day each) and to meet all the Company's current and future obligations of this program. The Company anticipates completion of the financing within 30-45 days subject to completion of all multi-party agreements.
