I don't think Jan is going anywhere. iEquity will still have that 60% grip on the co after merge. I think Jan is hard headed and will keep his cronies involved. That doesn't mean he can't hire a shiny new CEO for the company though and I hope he will, as Allyn already alluded to in the past
