According to SK Q3 2013 disclosure: 'In June 2013, the Company entered into a settlement agreement with Crystal Falls Investments, LLC, and Lotus Capital Investments, LLC to resolve claims for cash advances and investments to the Company allegedly made by Crystal Falls Investments, LLC between October, 2010 and April 2013, inclusive, a portion of which claims apparently had been previously assigned by Crystal Falls to Lotus."
