Yes Texas, Allan Brochstein asked him about the upcoming restriction release but you understand how Bill feels about it now. He answers the question on the interview on 420 investor.
Also someone else here made an excellent comment that with the step down release that by the time most of the bulk of the shares that "could be" available that FITX would/should already have the license and it would get easily absorbed into the float and not even have much of an affect on pps.
It would have an affect on the pps if it was all dumped at one time...plus these shares are not held by one specific investor and it is spread out across several (perhaps as many as a hundred who knows) and the chance of them selling all of their position at one time is next to impossible.
