I have a question??
It has been posted several times about the new rule changes coming this Friday March 14th about shorting stocks on the OTC exchange. I have also read that it only affects a small number of orginizations such as three buyers. (or something like that, that's why I'm confused) My question is that there are many many more better educated investors than I am in here and can someone give me the vote of confidence that this will in fact help us out starting Monday the 17th or is it really a non-issue for us here.
