Belicino - that is the most important & truthful post I have seen on this board for people who are on the fence. This is not just renting out a space in a building and putting up a Mom & Pop pizza joint! There is so much red tape that has to be cleared, especially with the environmental issues.
I am treating this as a retirement stock too, as a matter of fact I am putting my watchlist of islands for sale, some in Belize. Here is a good place to shop for islands!
