I agree JB, this comment in todays PR relates ri everything they said they would do.

We hope to make this adjustment prior to our next filing this month. However, we do certainly anticipate this change will be reflected in our first set of audited statements.”

In one of last two post Peter said he would address the issue of stock elimination, once that was completed they were heading to Panama. By the above comment it makes me believe that 10k or some kind of financial report will be filed by next weekend. That report will cover the class C issue and their plans resolving this issue. Then just like they said the would be going to Panama, and everything would be going forward. For the first time since I have been here, they are actually doing what they said they would do.
