The SK PR says the IP is transferred to AV Labs which was bought by AVNE. The closing is a big question mark. If the SEC finds this deal problematic, pending or not, the parties to the agreement would be foolish to execute it or leave it standing. That would still leave open the question of the disposition of the IP. That's a reason why I would hope, at an appropriate time, Benz or Allyn or BB would clear the air and explain to SK shareholders who owns what and offer an explication of relevant licensor/licensee relationships. Transparency is what we and the markets need and what we and markets don't usually get.
